MOTION CM Oslik that the Mayor and Council support the installation of a Blue Star Memorial marker to be determined at a future location and to include in the FY 07 budget $1,000 for costs. Seconded CM Watson.
MOTION CM Watson to approve R-2-06 authorizing the issuance of $1.2 million in bond sales for the cost of construction of the new police department. Seconded CM Ford. Approved 5-1. CM Oladele absent.
